We can consult in person, or via online video (Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp etc) or telephone.  Most tests can be conducted anywhere in the world and sent to a lab that services your area.

Purchase of Prescribed Supplements:  Prescribed Supplements may be purchased without an appointment.  You can arrange to pick them up in person from the clinic, or we can have them delivered to you.

Cancellations:  Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment time.  We try to be reasonable and flexible, but unfortunately a small number of clients think it’s OK to book an appointment and not keep it. You may be charged for your appointment if you cancel or change your time with less than 24 hours notice.

After hours care:  You may contact us on 02 4320 6666 or 0410 435 643 after hours if there is a need to do so.  Please use this only for important issues that can't wait for normal business hours.

Medical emergencies:  For a medical emergency, call 000.  After calling 000, if you wish you can call us on 02 4320 6666 or 0410 435 643.

Payment methods:  We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, Cheque.

Confidentiality:  In a nutshell:  We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party without your permission unless required to do so by law.  We have a comprehensive Privacy Policy.  A copy is available on request.

Medical Records:  If you wish to access your medical records, they will be made available.
