I went to see Peter because I had no energy, I was always hungry (and always eating, especially sweet things) and my skin was dull and itchy. From the information I provided, Peter was able to summarise my health concerns accurately and set about supporting me to make small changes to make a difference to my health. Taking the supplements I was prescribed and making the changes to my diet, I felt a change within days.
Just two days later I no longer felt hungry all the time and by the end of the first week my skin was no longer itchy. After a few more weeks I had lost a few kilos as I wasn’t eating the sweet food I had been craving and generally felt much better, with more energy at the end of the day.
