Anxiety Assist

Anxiety Assist contains remedies commonly used to relieve symptoms of anxiety. These include panic, fear, uneasiness, sleep issues, restlessness, breathlessness, heart palpitations, dry mouth, nausea, tense muscles, dizziness and cold, sweaty, numb or tingling hands or feet.

Contains Ars Alb, Arg Nit, Calc Carb, Gels, Lyc, Phos, Puls (All 34C potencies) in an ethanol solution.

Instructions

Shake the bottle. Place approximately 3 drops under your tongue.

Take a dose as needed. Maximum of 8 doses per day.

STOP the remedy if you notice a marked improvement OR worsening in any of your symptoms. An increased intensity of symptoms is usually short-lived and followed by an improvement in well-being. It is a sign that you have taken enough of the remedy for the short-term but may need to take it less frequently.

Store your remedy bottle in a cool dry place away from light, heat, and electrical appliances. Take your remedy half an hour either side of brushing your teeth or having strong flavours in your mouth. Likewise, avoid the use of substances with strong odours (eg. Perfumes, liniments, etc.) during treatment. All of these may neutralise the action of your remedy.
