Ketone & pH Test Strips

These urine test strips measure your ketone levels (an indicator of your fat burning on the Keto diet) and your pH levels (how acid or alkaline you are). Canister contains 100 strips.

Simply dip the strip in urine, or hold under urine stream and wait for 40 seconds. Compare the colour of the two squares on the strip to the colour chart on the bottle. The square on the end is your ketone levels. The other square is your pH.
