Acerola is a sour cherry that contains high levels of natural Vitamin C. Acerola also abounds with a broad range of anthocyanins, which are powerful free radical scavengers. Many products use Ascorbic Acid or similar synthetic compounds as Vitamin C. These un-natural forms of Vitamin C are actually only the outer ring of the Vitamin C structure, with the middle missing! To get real Vitamin C, it must come from a plant source. Vitamin C is necessary for Zinc to work properly.

Camu Camu - 70mg

Camu Camu is a sour berry that contains a wide variety of naturally occurring phytonutrients such as Vitamin C and bioflavonoid antioxidants. Studies have shown that one serving of Camu Camu can contain 60 times more vitamin C than an orange.

Rosehips - 70mg

Ultimate cellular delivery nutrients for Zinc.

Quercetin - 150mg

Quercetin is a Zinc Ionophore. It helps to get zinc inside your cells, where you need it. It also has the ability to stabilize mast cell membranes, which decreases the release of histamines.

Available in bottles of 100 (3 months) or 200 (6 months) capsules.

Test your Zinc levels at home!

Testing your zinc is very easy. Simply hold 1 teaspoon of the Zinc Test liquid in your mouth for 10 seconds. It should taste really bad immediately. If it does, your zinc levels are good. If it tastes like water (before you swallow), your zinc levels are really low. If it takes some seconds for the flavour to develop, or if the flavour is mild, you need some extra zinc. One bottle of Zinc Test liquid has enough for 4 tests.

Zinc is an essential mineral that plays a crucial role in many biological processes and maintaining a healthy body. It is involved in various functions, including immune system regulation, wound healing, DNA synthesis, protein metabolism, and vision. Zinc is also an antioxidant, meaning it helps protect cells from damage caused by harmful molecules known as free radicals.

The human body does not produce zinc on its own, so it must be obtained from dietary sources such as meat, poultry, seafood and dairy products. Despite the availability of these foods, many people still experience zinc deficiency. Zinc deficiency can lead to various health problems, including growth and developmental delays, impaired immune function, and increased risk of infections.

Zinc supplementation can help to boost the immune system and improve the body's ability to fight off infections. It has been shown to reduce the duration and severity of the common cold and improve the outcome of pneumonia and diarrhea in children. Zinc supplementation has also been found to have a positive impact on wound healing and can help improve skin health.

Zinc supplementation can also benefit individuals with age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a condition that leads to vision loss. Zinc plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy vision, and studies have shown that taking zinc supplements can slow down the progression of AMD. In addition, zinc supplementation can improve the symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children.

Zinc supplementation can also help improve athletic performance by reducing muscle damage, reducing oxidative stress, and enhancing recovery. It has been shown to enhance the immune system response, helping athletes recover faster from intense training sessions and reducing the risk of infections. Furthermore, zinc supplementation can enhance insulin sensitivity, which is important for individuals with type 2 diabetes.
